We aim to dispatch all orders within the estimated timeframe provided at checkout. However, we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Order Cancellations

If a customer cancels an order before it has been shipped, Pattu Vastra may accept the cancellation and refund the amount to the buyer within a reasonable period. In such cases, the order amount will be refunded, but any transaction fees charged by the bank will be deducted. Please note that Pattu Vastra may not be able to cancel orders that are already shipped or in transit.

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns only if the product has a manufacturing defect or if there is a significant discrepancy between the item received and its description

Handloom products are not as uniform as machine-made products, and some inconsistencies are not considered defects

To initiate a return, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging and tags.

Refunds

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will receive a confirmation email about the status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
